Oskar Lundqvist is the founder of Equisport and a lifelong equestrian with a strong background in eventing. As a competitive rider, he has won championship medals in the discipline, giving him first-hand experience of the dedication, challenges, and passion that define equestrian sport.
Combining his passion for horses with an entrepreneurial mindset, Oskar founded Equisport in 2012 with the ambition of increasing the visibility and accessibility of equestrian sport through modern media and technology. Under his leadership, Equisport has grown into one of the leading equestrian media and streaming platforms in the Nordic region, working closely with riders, organizers, federations, and industry partners to bring the sport closer to fans around the world.
David Ludvigsson is Head of Production at Equisport and has been a key part of the company’s journey for many years. With a strong passion for organization, workflow management, and live broadcasting, he plays a central role in delivering high-quality productions across Equisport’s events and platforms.
David combines extensive hands-on experience with formal studies in television and media production, bringing both technical expertise and operational excellence to the team. His ability to coordinate complex productions and continuously improve processes has been instrumental in Equisport’s growth and reputation as a leading equestrian media company.
Julia Östlund leads EquiSport’s sales and marketing efforts, driving growth, brand development, and customer engagement across our markets. She is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding commercial opportunities, and ensuring that EquiSport continues to strengthen its position as a leading platform within the equestrian industry.
Amanda Haugland leads Equisport DevOps function, overseeing the infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational reliability of the platform. With a strong focus on scalability, security, and continuous improvement, she ensures that our technology teams can deliver innovative solutions efficiently and reliably to customers around the world.
Amanda has a degree in computer science and has years of experience in developing user friendly experiences.
